Ontario’s universities are constantly adapting their programming with leading research and new field innovations, benefitting students from all disciplines.
Building Talent & Skills
Universities are increasingly incorporating business and entrepreneurship skills into a wide range of programs across all disciplines, as they prepare graduates for the work world.
Because of their leadership role in research, universities are also exposing students to the possibility of new discoveries. Graduate students work closely with and learn from some of the province’s top scientific minds.
Their field studies spill over into the communities in which researchers and their students live and work, lifting up communities and building Ontario up.
A 2015 report, Change Agent. Ontario’s Universities: Transforming Communities, Transforming Lives, concluded that Ontario’s universities enrich their communities socially, culturally and economically, and inspire success.
