Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP): A need-based financial assistance program to help students cover the cost of higher education. Funded by the provincial and federal governments and administered by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, OSAP offers loans, grants, scholarships and bursaries.
Canada Student Loans: Government of Canada loans to students enrolled in postsecondary education who can demonstrate a need for financial assistance.
Ontario Graduate Scholarships: A program that provides funding to students pursuing degrees at the master’s and doctoral levels, and that is funded two-thirds by the Ontario government and one-third by the respective university.
