Proceedings of a conference organized by COU in partnership with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and Baycrest Health Services to identify strategies for implementing recommendations made by Dr. Samir Sinha’s Living Longer, Living Well report. The conference addressed a variety of issues and initiatives around older adult care, including ageism, geriatric and gerontology content, entry-to-practice education, continuing professional development, interprofessional collaboration technological support, and health outcomes.
