University Works shows that Ontario university graduates have experienced the highest employment growth of any group of students over the last 10 years – they are also earning significantly more, and are more likely to be working at a job related to their studies. This second annual report provides an overview of labour market outcomes for Ontario university graduates, analyzed by COU’s in-house economist.

  1. Three years after graduation, the median bachelor degree holder earns 33 per cent more than the median college graduate.

  2. Three years after graduation, the employment rate for university graduates is 91 per cent.
